TOUR PLAN - Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival Delhi
Welcome to Colourful India. On arrival at airport you will be received by our representative and assisted to your hotel. Overnight at Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi – Shimla by Train no.12011 at 0740 / 1145 hrs & Toy Train to Shimla
Morning transfer to New Delhi railway station for board at train to Kalka. Further enjoy the Toy train ride to Shimla (Train no.52455 at 1210 / 1730 hrs). On arrival transfer to hotel for 02 nights stay. Leisure and overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Shimla
After breakfast visit Kufri, Jakhoo Hill, Christ Church and evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town - The Mall & The Ridge. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Shimla – Manali drive (250 Km)
Breakfast at hotel and later drive to Manali, check into hotel for 03 nights stay. Leisure and overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Manali
After breakfast tour of Manali, visit Hidimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monasteries and Vashit Hot Water Spring & Temple. Evening free for on own and overnight at hotel.
Day 06: Manali – Rothang Pass (upto snow point) – Manali
After breakfast an excursion to visit Rothang Pass is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow covered Himalayas, serene natural surrounding, pristine lake and fairy white snow round the year. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Manali – Dharamshala drive (260 Km)
Morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Dharamshala, upon arrival check into hotel for 02 nights stay. Day at leisure or free for explore the city. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Dharamshala
Breakfast and full day city tour of Dharamshala visit Kangra Art Museum, War Memorial, St. John Church, Kunal Pathari and Mcleodganj (Little Lhasa). Overnight at hotel.
Day 09: Dharamshala – Amritsar drive (210 Km)
Leisurely breakfast at hotel and drive to Amritsar, check into hotel for 02 nights stay.
Day 10: Amritsar
Breakfast and visit Golden Temple, Jallian Wala Bagh, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum and afternoon visit Wagah Border (28 kms) from Amritsar is the oldest border crossing between India and Pakistan. It’s an interesting experience especially at sunset when the 'Retreat' ceremony takes place with the BSF on the Indian Side of the Border. Overnight at Amritsar.
Day 11: Amritsar – Delhi by Shatabdi Train at 0500 / 1100 hrs and Onward Journey
Early morning transfer to Amritsar railway station for board at train to Delhi, on arrival departure transfer to IGI airport for flight back to home.
